Tainan Art Museum

Located in the cross of Nan-Men road and You-Ai, the main building was built in 1931 and was the police department of Tainan during the Japanese colonial period. After the World War II, it was renamed to Tainan Police Station. Designed by 梅澤捨次郎, a Japanese architect, he also designed the famous department, Hayashi at that time.

By using CY TECH water mist system, the water mist particle is filled within the protection area so as to quickly suppress the fire and the dangerous smoke. Compared to the traditional sprinkler system, the flow rate is only 1/12. It not only decreases the loading of the building but also lessen the water damage so as to reduce the losses to the least. This is the excellent fire protection system for the museum because it will send a message to 10 administrative officers if the temperature is over the setting point. In this early stage of fire, it is easy to put it out and quick to be back to the original.
